I supported users by helping solve various technical problems, especially related to business software.
This experience helped me improve my customer service and problem-solving skills.

I was welcomed into a very professional yet friendly team.
Thanks to my coworkers, I quickly integrated into the work environment and felt encouraged to ask questions and learn.
Their availability helped me overcome my initial uncertainties.

Some of the tasks I carried out included installation and configuration of systems, setting up workstations, and helping solve daily IT issues for company employees.
I worked in close collaboration with both IT technicians and project managers, learning how to manage priorities, communicate efficiently, and adapt my language depending on who I was talking to.

Among the most valuable skills I developed are technical independence, confidence in managing systems, and greater awareness of how to work in a real company environment.
I faced some initial difficulties in managing pressure and unknown problems, but I learned to stay calm, apply logic, and ask for help when necessary — a fundamental lesson.

Thanks to this experience, I’ve grown a lot professionally and personally.
I am now more confident in my skills and in facing future academic or professional challenges.
I took part in many different activities, always with commitment and responsibility, proposing small improvements and learning to take initiative when needed.

In conclusion, this internship was a key step in my personal and professional growth.
